Champs libres with Chefs Charles Gignac and Eric Lessard – Le Germain Charlevoix Hotel & Spa

This third edition celebrates the arrival of sunny days through exclusive menus, created using the best products from Charlevoix. Each evening promises a unique gastronomic experience where freshness, color, and inventiveness will be on the menu. On Thursday, May 8, not one, but two chefs will take over the kitchens of Les Labours. These two former chefs of the restaurant Le Saint-Amour now work at 101, a contemporary family restaurant located in the Saint-Roch district of Quebec City. In the kitchen, Charles combines sharing and pleasure, while his pastry chef Éric takes you on a journey through time with the flavors of his desserts.
