Maurice Dufour quickly made a name for himself in the cheese industry with the famous Migneron de Charlevoix. He then took the plunge and decided to round out the perfect pairing—wine and cheese—by planting various grape varieties on his estate. First, he had to find the grape variety best suited to Charlevoix’s climate.

Founded in 2012 in Baie-Saint-Paul, the vineyard is now a must-visit destination for lovers of local products. Located on the Famille Migneron de Charlevoix estate, the vineyard bottled its very first vintage in 2016.
