Hydromel Charlevoix is an artisanal and ecological company that creates wines and spirits from honey from its hives, and fruits and herbs from Charlevoix. The company offers tours and tastings directly at its production site in Baie-Saint-Paul where you can taste refreshing and low-sweet honey wines as well as fine spirits, such as a gin and a honey liqueur.
The company creates products that come 100% from the Charlevoix terroir, and separately harvests the honeys from its different apiaries to highlight their subtleties and specificities depending on their location. It adds fruit grown around apiaries to certain products, as well as some hand-picked local herbs. This results in completely unique products that will allow you to taste the different micro terroirs of Charlevoix.
