All aboard! Step into the historic shipyard of 1946 and relive the golden age of wooden schooners from the deck of the boats. Follow in the footsteps of Charlevoix’s sailors for a thrilling day in the great outdoors!

The Museum is fun for young and old...

• Step aboard 4 historic boats.
• Immerse yourself in the “Shipwrecks” experience and discover exclusive footage from a deep-sea expedition to a 200-year-old wreck.
• Learn the art of nautical knots in the shipyard’s workshop.
• Climb into the hold of the St-André for a 10-minute multimedia adventure.
• Become an apprentice schooner captain through a video game and take on the playful challenges of the exhibition The Eighth Voyage: Powered by the Wind.
• Have fun in the Navigator’s Park, featuring a ropes course, a plant maze, scenic lookouts and swings.
• Gather your crew and head out on an outdoor escape game—just grab your adventure backpack! ($25 + tax to rent / max. 5 people per backpack).
• Hike the 4 km mountain trail through the Marine Forest, with scenic lookouts along the way.
• Top secret! Unmask the site’s spy in a free clue-based adventure game.
• Enjoy picnic areas nestled between river and mountains.
• Browse a beautiful maritime-inspired boutique.

Free Admission & Discounts
On the first Sunday of every month, admission to the Museum is free for all Quebec residents aged 19 and under, and offered as a 2-for-1 deal for those aged 20 and over. Special cultural programming will take place on July 6, August 3, and September 7.
