Le Grand Marché en Rose, which will be held at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu on Saturday, November 14, 2026, is a festive, gourmet and charitable evening that brings together around fifteen chefs and producers from Charlevoix for a warm, convivial celebration of local cuisine. Since 2019, the event has proudly supported the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation through a silent auction, as well as educational and culinary workshops.
