Every Saturday from June 27 to August 22 at 8:30 a.m., enjoy free yoga sessions in the majestic setting of the Harmonic Sculpture Garden at Le Domaine Forget de Charlevoix, led by instructor Emmanuelle Marion.
Emmanuelle Marion’s teaching focuses on alignment, breath awareness, and the internalization of movement. A series of poses will help you discover the power of inhalation and exhalation. Fluid, almost dance-like movements will flow together, followed by a moment of stillness to allow the body to reshape, strengthen, ground, and align itself before releasing. Each session ends with a guided relaxation period.
