      Lupin Fruit

      Located in the heart of the Charlevoix astrobleme, the Lupin Fruit orchard grows a variety of fruits and flowers adapted to the northern climate. In summer, pick-your-own in the fields offers a natural and bucolic setting.  The harvests are also processed on-site into compotes, spreads, and sweet relishes. Among these gourmet products, haskap berry, sea buckthorn, elderflower, and sweet clover are the star ingredients. Production is in harmony with the region’s biodiversity. Reservations are required, and the farm is open only during the summer season.

      Ferme Ambrosia

      Located in Saint-Hilarion, Ferme Ambrosia offers a unique experience at a pasture-raised duck farm where environmental stewardship and animal welfare are top priorities. Interpretive signs help visitors better understand farming practices and the natural environment. On-site, a shop offers a selection of delicious products, including terrines and rillettes. Want to extend the experience? Hiking is available on nearby municipal hiking trails.

      Safran Nordique

      Safran Nordique grows saffron north of the 47th parallel, a bold venture that illustrates how crops adapt to the Charlevoix climate. The tour offers a chance to discover this rare spice, its many uses, and the unique aspects of its production in a northern climate. A brand-new visitor center features a shop and on-site tastings. During the summer season, pick-your-own raspberries and a tour of the fields round out the experience.

      In Clermont, Menaud pays homage to the boreal roots of the log driver, an iconic figure of the region. Inspired by this forest heritage and its northern character, the distillery-brewery crafts its beers and spirits using carefully selected ingredients. Grains, herbs, and precise production methods give rise to products deeply rooted in their environment. From the shop and tasting area, large glass doors offer a glimpse of the stills in action. A visit to the shop allows you to discover a range of creations that celebrate the northern foodie spirit.
