Meilo Spear-Lalande (they/he) is a singer-songwriter who plays with the raw forms of creation.
A fan of glitch art, poetry, and lo-fi sound design, they won the Ma Première Place des Arts competition in 2019, then released their first EP Fabulations the following year, which was nominated at the GAMIQ for Indie Rock EP of the Year.
In 2023, Meilo founded the band LAVANDE with four other musicians — a group born from a performance at l’Impérial and a cigar shared with Jean Leloup.
