The municipality of Saint-Hilarion will hold the 2nd annual Saint-Hivernale, a winter festival, at the Parc récréatif de l'Amical. The program includes: - Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails on the Sentiers de l’Amical will be free for the day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - From 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Snowkiting initiation, 500 and flicking tournaments, fat bike rides in the park, snowman building contest, sledding (until 9:00 p.m.), skating, and free hockey (until 9:00 p.m.). - From 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Frozen snack: jelly from Cidrerie des Vergers Pedneault on Bonyeuses bread. The bread can be toasted on the BBQ. - From 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Dance party. Alcohol will be permitted on site starting at 4:00 p.m. The event will be preceded by a hot dog lunch starting at 11:00 a.m. at the Refuge (the wooden building behind the skating rink) to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Sentiers de l’Amical. Photos, speeches, and a history will also be part of the celebrations. This activity is free for everyone. Beverages will also be provided free of charge throughout the day.
