From December 24 to January 4 inclusive, the Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix offers a special program: - Les Labours Restaurant: open every evening, with a special menu and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine at midnight on December 31. A winter à la carte menu and one signature holiday dish are also available. - Le Bercail Restaurant: a winter à la carte menu, plus one holiday platter (to share for two), and two seafood platters. Oysters are available on December 24 and 25. - Festive Terrace: every day from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: DJ, maple taffy on snow, ice bar, sweet treats, hot drinks, etc. - Special musical program: live music in the lobby. - Snowshoe, fat bike, and skate rentals are available.
