The planet Mercury is difficult to spot because it is very close to the Sun. Thanks to the MESSENGER mission and others currently en route to this small rocky planet, we now know much more about it. To provide an update on the current state of knowledge, Hugues Lacombe of the Club d'astronomie de Charlevoix will review what we know about Mercury and detail ongoing research.
