Open year-round, starting in July 2026, by reservation. Miellerie Polynectar offers an immersive forest experience through a multisensory journey. Here, the bees are your guides. Through their activities, you’ll discover a world of flavours, scents, sounds, colours, textures, and shapes from an unusual perspective: that of the bees. Miellerie Polynectar offers an opportunity to explore non-timber forest products (NTFPs), those treasures of the forest beyond the traditional timber resource. Honey, cherry, elderberry, as well as wintergreen, sweetgale, and larch blossoms are just a few examples of the NTFPs the Miellerie works to showcase. Let’s discover and rediscover together this forest that covers more than 50% of Quebec province.
