This time, let’s meet Michel Pedneault, his nephews Éric and Patrice Desgagnés and their families.

For the Pedneault-Desgagnés, the tradition comes down to apples. Now orchestrating a cidery, a cookie shop and a restaurant, you could say ambition and innovation run in their veins! How have they managed to grow over 6,000 apple trees and 3,000 fruit trees, giving us access to more than 50 products derived from them?
