We grow berries and more than fifty organic vegetables in the countryside of Baie-St-Paul. Offering a unique experience is at the heart of the Jardins de la Minga project. This is why we welcome you to our rest area bordering the river where you can eat and get eggs and fresh organic produce.
During their agricultural training in South America, Arianne and Benjamin were inspired by the word Minga, originating from the Andean language Quechua, which means “collective and community work”. Whether you work at the Jardins de la Minga, whether you are a member or a visitor, offering a unique experience is at the heart of their project. It is with their family, friends and community that they wish to create this nurturing environment where life is good.
