Baie-Saint-Paul is where the acclaimed Dominus Vobiscum and Vache Folle beers are brewed along with several seasonal drafts, available across the region in fine restaurants, inns and grocery stores. Since 1998, these artisan brewers from Charlevoix have let their imagination run free, pleasing the most demanding of specialty beer lovers.
Located in the core of Baie-Saint-Paul, Saint-Pub restaurant offers simple but first-rate fare. Dishes are composed of regional products and home brewed beer and served in a relaxed, no frills atmosphere. It is also possible to view the brewing installations inside the Saint-Pub restaurant and to taste exclusive brews. The kitchen is open from 11:00 am till 9:30 pm. The bar is open till midnight depending of the people.
We have a retail sales outlet right in our brewery so you can purchase MicroBrasserie Charlevoix beers and several promotional products.
