The Observatoire de l'Astroblème de Charlevoix is the only interpretation centre focused on the region's famous meteorite origins. A scientist-host will guide you through an interactive visit featuring several spectacular samples of Charlevoix impactites. There are even meteorites you can hold in your hands! An essential experience for everyone to better understand Charlevoix’s physical origins. We also offer you the opportunity to discover the regional geology on a guided a hike along the St. Lawrence River!

    Visit in the evening and have a look at Jupiter and Saturn. Or see a 5000 star cloud. We enjoyed it. Make sure you bring a jacket, it can get cold.
