Special evening presentations
This summer, great new events will make your summer evenings even more beautiful. The cliffs of Pointe-au-Pic and throughout the region will present a free artistic and poetic multimedia spectacle to help you discover Charlevoix’s rich history and heritage. The show then continues in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, offering this fascinating story on the world’s first nocturnal mountainside carousel. In La Malbaie, Les Fééries and the Éclats circus show will immerse visitors in the heart of a magical funfair.

Riopelle to be doubly honoured
Jean Paul Riopelle’s 100th birthday will be celebrated in Charlevoix this year. A temporary exhibit of the artist’s works will be featured at the Musée d'art contemporain de Baie-Saint-Paul. At the museum, Yseult Riopelle will dedicate the Objets trouvés, détournés, volés (found, misappropriated, stolen objects) exhibition to his father and present an interesting documentary exploring the famous Québec painter’s artistic and intimate world.
