Activities

  • The Museum’s permanent exhibit relates the maritime history of the Charlevoix region. Visitors are immersed in the fascinating world of the old wooden schooners and the many activities surrounding them. A self-guided path includes rest stations and multiple attractions, including the indoor exhibit, sawmill, store, workshop, hoist, and slipway, as well tours of the schooners and the tugboat Félicia. It’s a unique opportunity to explore the history of maritime navigation and learn about the important role schooners played in Quebec’s economic development.
