Our smoked salmon is prepared using a traditional method on a wooden board. We only use a fresh Atlantic salmon "certified environmentally friendly" from the east coast of Canada. It is dry cured without skin in a delicate blend of salt, sugar and herbs, cold-smoked with fruit tree and maple essences and sliced by hand. Our method is designed to maximize the nutritional value and give it a texture and a fine taste with a unique flavor.
