The Café Charlevoix, a traditional coffee roasting place, is a gathering site where the region’s best coffee is served. All the coffees offered at the « brûlerie » are roasted weekly according to the traditional method with a 6 kilo-capacity Italian roaster. Our local production is in small quantities allowing us to serve our clients truly fresh coffees.
Delight your tastebuds with our panoply of coffee varieties. They are artisan roasted onsite, a few beans at a time, to keep them incredibly fresh.
