Café Charlevoix – microtorréfacteur

The Café Charlevoix, a traditional coffee roasting place, is a gathering site where the region’s best coffee is served. All the coffees offered at the « brûlerie » are roasted weekly according to the traditional method with a 6 kilo-capacity Italian roaster. Our local production is in small quantities allowing us to serve our clients truly fresh coffees.

Coffee smelled delicious, but service very slow and poor. They did not seem interested in helping customers, or reaching out to see if they could get something started or take an order.

I love how they roast the coffee right in the cafe. I bought fresh beans to bring back home and have enjoyed a nice cup all week.
