Au 51 fine regional cuisine restaurant offers delicious dinners with salad bar, take out and pastries, all with the emphasis on local fare, as well as fabulous 5 service Table d’Hôte or À La Carte suppers which in themselves constitute a truly unique culinary experience.

Discover an inspired cuisine, developed by French Chef Patric Fregni and Confectioner Vincent Coulange. Their spouses Céline Derue and Gabriella Merelo and all the team will be delighted to assist you.

Chef Patric Fregni has been collaborating with the Agrotourism Table for 10 years, developing recipes based on regional products. The restaurant also offers catering services. A boutique carries Regional and Mediterranean specialties.
