The Flavour Trail circuit originates from close ties established between growers and producers and master chefs, who came together to share their produce, livestock, products and terrific cuisine.
Today, these farmers show visitors the secrets of their specific type of production, or food preparation. Items may also be sampled and purchased on the premises. As well, master chefs find inspiration in these same Charlevoix ingredients, and spotlight them on their menus. The Flavour Trail is a unique way of discovering both Charlevoix, and its inhabitants.
Flavour Trail members are easily recognized by their orange pictogram, and visitors are invited to stop by tourist information centres for more details.
