THREE ENVIRONMENTS, FOUR-SEASON TOURISM & RECREATION DESTINATION
The four-season destination spans over 20 km of coastline, from Baie-Saint-Paul
to Petite-Rivière-Saint-François in the Charlevoix region. Beyond Le Massif Ski Area,
the on-territory offer will include a touring train and rail shuttle, more than
400 lodging units, a 500-seat multifonctional venue and many activities.
THE MOUNTAIN
A prized destination for the abundance and quality of its natural snowfalls, Le Massif offers 52 trails and glades in addition to 99 acres of off-trail skiing. Its panoramic environment proposes 770 metres of vertical, the highest East of the Canadian Rockies. Its riverside scenery is known to be one of the finest in the country, nestled deep in the heart of a territory recognized as a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Le Massif occupies a choice position at the centre of this tourism and recreation project. These investments will permit the ski area soar towards becoming a world-class four-season destination between now and 2013.
THE TRAIN
The Train of Le Massif de Charlevoix invites you to enjoy a 140 kilometre rail cruise experience on a route across spectacular scenery, between Québec City and La Malbaie. On your excursion, set yourself free to experience the Charlevoix in its every detail. How? By embarking on a discovery rail cruise that encompasses both its landscapes, and its flavours. And mostly, by letting yourself be filled with the legends and hidden treasures of a region so rich in history. So make way for an adventure in culture and gastronomy where the beauty of the scenery unfurls, omnipresent, nourishing both the heart and spirit.
THE FARM
The Farm will be a unique resort complex harmoniously integrated into the heart of Baie-Saint-Paul. With its agrarian land and access to the river, the Farm will be nevertheless the most urban destination within the project. Train station and animated public square during the day, and multimedia showcases at night, it will be a rich cross-section of cultural diversity. Boasting bioclimatic architecture, a 150-room hotel and a signature spa, the Farm will warmly await your arrival!
