Day 1
Departure : P1, winter parking, in Saint-Tite-des-Caps
Sleeping arrangement : Cap Gribane in refuge or camping
Distance covered : 8.4 km
Duration: 4 to 6 hours
Day 2
Sleeping arrangement : Anse aux Vaches in refuge or camping
Distance covered : 7.7 km
Duration: 4 to 6 hours
Day 3
Arrival : Small parking located next to Route 138. To access this parking take the emergency exit behind the Cap du Salut refuge
Distance covered : 10 km
Duration: 5 to 7 hours
Note : During that day you will first walk approximately 6 km on the Sentier des Caps to get to the refuge Cap du Salut. Once arrived, you will then go on the forest trail located behind the refuge. The forest trail’s length is 4 km.
Principal access
From Baie-Saint-Paul, take Boulevard 138 Ouest heading for Québec City to Saint-Tite-des-Caps. The welcoming area is on your right at the corner of rue Leclerc shortly after passing the Dépanneur Esso.
It is always important to get information from the trail manager before going hiking.
