About
This outdoor recreation center, built at the heart of the Charlevoix crater, boasts a 125 hectares area. The trails are accessible during the summer to reach Le Mirador observation tower. This 8 meters wooden building presents a 360° view over more than a 40 km distance. The surrounding mountains, the backcountry valleys and villages and the Saint. Lawrence may be seen. The land is covered with a forest of jack pine and white spruce.
Access
From La Malbaie, follow the directions for the airport. Once on the Rang Sainte-Madeleine, keep going for about 2 km.
It is always important to get information from the trail manager before going hiking.
