Since 1978, Tourism Charlevoix maintains a partnership with its members allowing him to guide the actors of the tourist industry in development and refinement of the regional tourist offer.

Development and Planning
- Coordination and followup of regional tourism development plan
- Management of regional tourism performance indicators
- Consulting service for tourism promoters
- Representation in regional and national tourism organizations
- Coordination of regional joint action
- Databank on tourism industry
Advertising, Promotion, and Marketing
- Coordination and followup of the Québec regional marketing plan and international tourism marketing plan
- Production of the regional tourist guide, summer and winter package brochures, the snowmobiling map, the tourist map of Charlevoix, and regional tourist routes
- Coordination of numerous promotional campaigns in the media
- Participation in tourism shows in Québec City and Montréal
- Hosting of over 50 tourism journalists a year
- Organization of familiarization tours for group multipliers
Tourist Welcome and Information
- Management of 3 regional tourist houses and 2 seasonal tourist information offices
- Welcome of 250,000 tourists per year at the tourist information offices
- Management of 20,000 requests for tourist information by phone and mail per year
- Management of tourism signage program
- Management of tourist literature (member leaflets at tourist information offices, Info-Centre in Québec City, and Centre Infotouriste de Montréal)
- Organization of tourist-welcoming campaigns and activities in Charlevoix
Member Communications and Services
- Organization of the Grand Prix tourism awards for the Charlevoix region
- Production of the annual report, member certificates, and the Charlevoix monthly events calendar
- Organization of training and information events for members
- Representation of member interests with municipal councils, socioeconomic organizations, and the governments of Québec and Canada
- Coordination of regional press reviews
