Located in the core of Baie-Saint-Paul, Saint-Pub restaurant offers simple but first-rate fare. Dishes are composed of regional products and home brewed beer and served in a relaxed, no frills atmosphere. It is also possible to view the brewing installations inside the Saint-Pub restaurant and to taste exclusive brews. The kitchen is open from 11:00 am till 9:30 pm. The bar is open till midnight depending of the people.

Had wanted to eat here but it was full so came over for a couple of late night glasses of Smoking Loon reds (for the name of course), served by a funky waitress. Good end to the evening.
