The International Music and Dance Festival present every summer, with over 30 concerts (classical, jazz, and dance), over public master classes and Academy concerts. First let start by saying. You do not need a car to get here ...you can take a bus from Quebec city ...Gare du Palais that were you pick up the bus..takes about 3 hrs..several stop along the river...
