La Débâcle de Charlevoix, a grand gastronomic event, gathers the chefs and producers of a Québec trendsetter region in agrotourism, who, for a night, will pool their culinary talents and creativity to highlight Charlevoix’s terroir products. « More than a simple meal, it is a great feast celebrating the wealth of our terroir which is offered to the guests. La Débâcle is doubtless one of the greatest festive evenings in Québec’s food industry. The noted success of the event’s first edition encourages all our culinary artisans to make every effort in order to enhance even more the quality of the experience that our guests enjoyed » stressed Patrick Turcot, chairman of the Table Agro-Touristique de Charlevoix and Executive Chef of the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu. 21 producers and 12 chefs will work together to prepare a wide variety of tempting dishes for sampling.
