Our smoked salmon is prepared according to a traditional planked Amerindian recipe. We only use Certified Organic Atlantic Salmon from Canada’s east coast. It is dry-brined skinless, with a delicate blend of herbs, salt and sugar. Lightly cold-smoked, it is infused with the essences of fruit trees and maple, then hand-sliced. Our method has been elaborated to maximize on the “King of the River’s” nutritional values, imparting it with a fine texture and unique flavour.
