In the heart of Baie-Saint-Paul, Maison René Richard exhibits and sells original works by painter René Richard and renowned artists from both the past and the present.
Located in the center of town, this century-old home is where René Richard lived for the last 43 years of his life. A veritable artistic hub, it also welcomed other artists like Clarence Gagnon, Marc-Aurèle Fortin and members of the Group of Seven. It remains in its original state, complete with furnishings and period objects. A tour of René Richard’s fascinating studio is a captivating getaway to explore bygone days.

Schedule : 9 :30am – 6pm, or by appointment. Guided tours. Average visit: 30 minutes. Admission : Art gallery: Free. René Richard’s studio – by appointment: $5 per person, Minimum 15 persons.
