Founded in 1965 by Monsignor Félix-Antoine Savard, Papeterie Saint-Gilles has earned an enviable reputation, winning a number of regional and national awards. This establishment  the first Econo­museum® of its kind in Canada - features a boutique, paper museumand workshop where craftspeople produce fine cotton paper inlaid with local leaves or flowers. Rates : Admission: Free. Guided group tours (10 persons +), $3.25 per person (plus taxes), reservations required. Member of the Québec Economuseum® Network. For more information, contact the International Economuseum® Net­work Society, at 418 694-4466.

Schedule : April to October inclusively: Daily, 9am – 5pm. November to March inclusively: Saturdays & Sundays, 10am – 4pm. Subject to change without notice. Please enquire.
