Josée the baker and her team prepare a cornucopia of breads - sourdough, fig & pistachio, walnut, chocolate cranberry, two-cheese along with Viennese pastries and assorted pies. Given its commitment to wellness and terroir products and Charlevoix flour, this establishment is a wise choice. Lunch is above all a pretext for friendly get-togethers around refectory tables, over fair-trade coffee, local herbal teas and homemade jams. Composting practised here. A genuine experience in sustainable tourism. Boutique, photos.
